Statistics Department

The department leads in the implementation of statistical policies and monitor the collection, processing, analysis and dissemination of data for development planning purposes and revenue generation.
 

It has established and upheld a comprehensive Municipal database through conducting social, demographic and economic surveys to assist management of the assembly and researchers on proper mechanism of implementing projects based on statistical evidence.
