The Public Procurement Authority (PPA) on wednesday, 31st July 2024, the carried out a comprehensive self-assessment exercise at the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly (SWMA). This initiative aligns with the PPA's mandate under Section 3(d) of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, which tasks the Authority with monitoring and supervising public procurement to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assess the operations of the public procurement process.
