The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly on 26th April, 2024 held an entry conference to kick off the monitoring and evaluation process for the 2023 performance contracts signed between the Municipal Chief Executive and the Municipal Coordinating Director. This meeting set the stage for assessing the Assembly on the key performance indicators against the performance areas outlined in the contract for the year 2023.
The conference gathered the assessment team from Office of the Head of Local Government Service (OHLGS) and departmental heads within the Assembly to discuss methodologies for the monitoring. The focus was on ensuring that all departments align with the agreed-upon performance targets.
