The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly (SWMA) convened a stakeholders meeting to discuss the levies for Pragyia stickers. The meeting, held on Friday, April 4th, 2024, aimed to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders regarding the review of levies for Pragyia stickers within the Municipality.
Representatives from different Pragyia Associations, including those from Sefwi Wiawso and Asawinso, as well as rate assessment members of the Assembly, participated in this dialogue. The discussions revolved around the review of the Pragyia sticker levies and possible alternatives to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to express their concerns, suggestions, and opinions regarding the sticker levies. The officials from the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly, led by the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Mr. Fred B. Kpodo, facilitated the discussions and assured stakeholders of transparent and inclusive decision-making processes.
