DIRECTOR ARMAH MEETS STAFF OF SWMA AS NEW MUNICIPAL COORDINATING DIRECTOR

The newly posted Municipal Coordinating Director of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly, Mr. Joseph Kwadwo Armah, has met with staff of the Assembly following his assumption of duty.

Director Armah was posted from the Ga North Municipal Assembly and brings with him extensive experience in local government administration, having served in various Municipal and District Assemblies. His posting to Sefwi Wiawso makes it the 14th Assembly in which he has served.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the MCD to interact with staff and outline his expectations as he assumes duty.

In his address, Director Armah stressed the importance of teamwork, professionalism, discipline and commitment. He called for mutual respect between heads and subordinates, adherence to the chain of command, and regular and punctual attendance to work.

He urged staff to remain committed to their duties and work together to improve service delivery and achieve the development objectives of the Municipality.

Director Armah assured staff of his readiness to work collaboratively with management and all staff to strengthen the operations of the Assembly.

Staff, in welcoming the new MCD, expressed their readiness to work with him towards achieving the objectives of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly.
