The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Sefwi Wiawso, Hon. Louis Owusu-Agyepong, embarked on a special visit to basic schools in the municipality to mark "My First Day at School" for the academic year. The visit, which took place on the first day of the school year, aimed to encourage and motivate pupils as they began their educational journey and also distributed some school uniforms to them.
Accompanied by other officials from the Municipal Assembly and the Municipal Education Director, the MCE visited several basic schools within the Municipality. The schools were buzzing with excitement as the pupils, dressed in their new school uniforms, eagerly awaited the MCE's arrival.
During the visit, Hon. Louis Owusu-Agyepong interacted with the pupils, asking them about their expectations for the new academic year and encouraging them to take their studies seriously. He emphasized the importance of education in building a bright future and urged the pupils to be disciplined, diligent, and focused on their studies.
