SWMA HOLDS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly on Tuesday, 13th August, 2026 held an Executive Committee Meeting to consider various recommendations from the Assembly’s Sub-Committees and determine those to be presented to the General Assembly for consideration and approval.

The meeting brought together members of the Executive Committee to carefully deliberate on reports and recommendations arising from the various Sub-Committee meetings.

Members examined the issues presented and discussed their implications for the administration and development of the Municipality. The Committee subsequently determined the recommendations that required further consideration by the General Assembly for approval.

The deliberations form an important part of the Assembly’s decision-making process, ensuring that matters are thoroughly reviewed at the Sub-Committee and Executive Committee levels before being presented to the General Assembly.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for members to make observations and provide guidance on the recommendations to ensure that those forwarded to the General Assembly are properly considered and aligned with the development priorities and interests of the Municipality.
