SWMA HOLDS ONE-WEEK OBSERVATION FOR LATE REVENUE SUPERINTENDENT


The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly (SWMA) held a solemn one-week observation in memory of the late Mr. Ebenezer Nyinaku, a dedicated Revenue Superintendent who served at the Sefwi Asawinso.


The ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the forecourt of the Municipal Assembly, was attended by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Heads of Departments and Units, Staff from the Assembly, and sympathizers from various MDA’s within the Municipality.


A minute of silence was observed, and heartfelt tributes were paid to Mr. Nyinaku, who was widely recognized for his commitment, professionalism, and unwavering service to the Assembly. Speakers recounted fond memories of his contributions, describing him as a diligent and hardworking officer whose efforts significantly impacted the Assembly’s revenue mobilization.


The Municipal Coordinating Director, in a brief address, urged all staff members to prioritize their health by adopting healthy lifestyles and seeking medical attention when necessary.

Additionally, he called for unity in the workplace, encouraging staff to foster a spirit of teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.


Furthermore, he advised staff to be prayerful, emphasizing the significance of faith, resilience, and spiritual well-being in navigating the challenges of life and work.


His message served as a heartfelt reminder that a healthy, united, and spiritually grounded workforce is essential for the continued success and progress of the Assembly.


Mr. Nyinaku’s passing is a great loss, and he will be remembered for his invaluable contributions to the Municipal Assembly.
