HON. DOMINIC GYASI MEETS CASUAL STAFF OF SEFWI WIAWSO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Dominic Gyasi, has held an interactive meeting with the casual staff of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly to discuss their roles, concerns and contributions to the Assembly’s operations.

Hon. Gyasi acknowledged the vital support casual staff provide in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Assembly, noting that their work often forms the backbone of day-to-day municipal activities. He commended them for their dedication and encouraged them to maintain high standards of discipline, teamwork, and commitment to service.

The MCE also assured the staff that management is committed to addressing their concerns, including working conditions, job security, and the provision of essential logistics to facilitate their work. He stressed the importance of mutual respect and open communication between the staff and supervisors, as this fosters a more productive and supportive work environment.

Casual staff present at the meeting expressed appreciation for the opportunity to engage directly with the MCE, describing it as a sign of leadership that values inclusivity and dialogue.
