MCE SIGNS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT WITH MCD FOR THE YEAR 2026.

The Municipal Chief Executive for Sefwi Wiawso, Hon. Dominic Gyasi, together with the Municipal Coordinating Director , Mr. Fred B. Kpodo, joined other Municipal and District Chief Executives  and Coordinating Directors within the Western North Region to sign the 2026 Performance Contract at the Regional Coordinating Council on 3rd February 2026.

The exercise was spearheaded by the Western North Regional Chief Director, Mr. Joseph K. Baah-Darkoh, on behalf of the Regional Minister, as part of efforts to strengthen accountability and performance in all Municipal and Distriict Assemblies in the Region.

The Performance Contract signing is a key component of the Performance Management System under the Local Government Service. It serves as a strategic framework that guides leadership and staff to work towards clearly defined objectives, targets, and timelines aimed at improving service delivery and development outcomes.

By signing the contract, Hon. Dominic Gyasi and Mr. Fred B. Kpodo reaffirmed their commitment to accountability, transparency, and results-driven governance in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality.
