MUNICIPAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE ENGAGES STAFF OF SEFWI WIAWSO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

Hon. Dominic Gyasi (MCE - Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly)

The newly confirmed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Sefwi Wiawso, Hon. Dominic Gyasi, has officially met with the staff of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly. The meeting, held in the presence of the Member of Parliament for the Sefwi Wiawso Constituency, Hon. Kofi Benteh Afful, aimed to formally introduce the MCE to the Assembly's workforce.

In his address, Hon. Gyasi expressed gratitude to the Municipal Coordinating Director for facilitating the gathering. He reassured staff that his leadership approach would be collaborative rather than intimidating, emphasizing his commitment to working alongside them to support the President’s agenda of resetting the country. He also announced his intention to hold one-on-one sessions with heads of Departments/Units to understand ongoing initiatives and challenges, with the aim of finding practical solutions.

Hon. Kofi Benteh Afful, in his remarks, highlighted the importance of accountability and professionalism. Quoting, “You can’t manage what you can’t measure,” he urged staff to uphold high standards in their respective roles and remain well-informed in their fields of expertise. He further encouraged them to support the MCE in the successful execution of his duties.

The meeting marks a renewed commitment to teamwork, transparency, and effective governance within the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly.
