SEFWI WIAWSO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HOLDS MAIDEN MANAGEMENT MEETING FOR 2026

The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly has held its maiden management meeting for the 2026 year, marking the official commencement of strategic planning and administrative activities for the year.

The meeting, which brought together the Municipal Chief Executive, Municipal Coordinating Director, Heads of Departments, and other key management staff, focused on reviewing the Assembly’s performance for the previous year and outlining priorities for 2026. Discussions centered on strengthening service delivery, enhancing revenue mobilization, improving project implementation, and promoting effective interdepartmental collaboration.

Management emphasized the need for discipline, accountability, and teamwork in the execution of departmental work plans, in line with the Assembly’s development objectives and the Local Government Service performance framework.
