The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly convened a Management meeting on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, at the Municipal Assembly Hall to discuss significant matters concerning the Assembly.
Present at the meeting were the Heads of all Departments and Units within the Assembly. The primary focus was to strategize on revenue maximization in the Municipality and address any gaps hindering performance improvement.
Mr. Fred B. Kpodo, the Municipal Coordinating Director, warmly welcomed all Departmental/Unit Heads, he urged them to redouble their efforts to ensure the Assembly achieves its set goals and targets for the year, particularly on revenue generation.
Additionally, Mr. Kpodo advised the Heads to collaborate effectively in resolving performance-related gaps, emphasizing the importance of consistent teamwork for the development of Municipality.
He also stressed on the importance of professionalism in discharging their duties, punctuality, and regular attendance at work.
The meeting ended with everyone feeling more committed to the Assembly's goals, showing their dedication to making the Municipality better.
