As part of efforts to promote Local Economic Development (LED) activities to create jobs and wealth for the populace in the Municipality, the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly through the Business Advisory Center in collaboration with Rainforest Alliance (NGO) organized a day Business Forum on Friday, 14th of April,2023 for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote LED activities in the Municipality. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss challenges confronting SMEs and job creation in the Municipality, discuss the strategies put in place by the Assembly to support the private sector/MSMEs, highlight the business and investment opportunities that exist within the Municipality and network businesses in the Municipality to marketing opportunities to take advantage of African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
