As part of Management effort geared towards increased efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, Management has organized a one-day Capacity Building workshop for all Municipal Planning Coordinating Unit (MPCU) Members on 4th October, 2022.
The workshop was designed to train Municipal Planning Coordinating Unit (MPCU) Members on the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC) Reporting Format.
The objectives of the training were;
· To improve the quality of progress reports prepared by MPCU and HoDs
· To improve the knowledge and expertise of MPCU Members on the requirements of quarterly and annual progress reports
· To improve service delivery in the Municipality
· Address gaps identified in the 2021 Annual Progress Report
The training gave participants the opportunity to learn more on how to position themselves to take up leadership positions and use the indicators well on the reporting format.
